Everything you
need to know.

Booking flow, custom planning, delays and cancellations. If your question isn't answered here, email Ann at ann@hopwithann.com.

How do I book a standard route? +
Select your route on the homepage, choose your dates via the booking widget, and checkout. Digital tickets arrive by email instantly. Standard routes take about five minutes to book.
How do I book a multi-island or custom route? +
Email Ann at ann@hopwithann.com or message on WhatsApp. Share your dates, islands, and group size. She'll reply with a proposed itinerary and all-in price within 3 business days.
Is my booking guaranteed? +
Yes. Once you receive your confirmation email with ticket number, your seats are secured. Weather cancellations are fully refundable — no grey areas.
How does custom planning work? +
Email Ann at ann@hopwithann.com with your dates, rough islands, and what you're stuck on. She replies within 3 business days with a realistic route, the ferry connections she'd personally book, timing warnings, and a rough budget. No cost, no obligation.
What if my ferry is delayed or cancelled? +
Ann monitors every booking in real time. If something shifts, she fixes it before you notice — alternative timing, rebooking, or refund depending on the situation. You're never left to figure it out yourself.
Do I need to print my ticket? +
OceanJet accepts e-tickets on your phone. Super Shuttle Ferry (Bohol–Camiguin) requires a printed ticket — Ann sends a reminder 3 days before departure with all details you need.
Which routes do you cover? +
Six island groups across the Philippines: Cebu, Bohol, Siquijor, Camiguin, Palawan, and Siargao. Combo routes stitch multiple operators into a single booking. Browse all routes on the homepage or see individual ferry guides for each crossing.
Who is Ann? +
Ann is the operator and point of contact behind every Hop With Ann booking. Seven years coordinating Philippine ferry schedules and port transfers. Every booking goes through Ann — direct operator relationships, not a booking engine.
